I’ve always been fascinated by the human mind — the way we feel, heal, and grow through life’s messiness. While I’m still on my journey to becoming a certified counsellor, I’ve spent years studying psychology and pouring my thoughts into writing and poetry.

My Story

Hey, I’m Antara! I’m just someone who’s been through the rollercoaster of self-doubt, career confusion, and emotional burnout — and slowly found her way back through psychology, journaling, and writing poetry. After spending a few years preparing for government exams and feeling like I was losing touch with myself, I started diving deeper into mental health and the little things that help us feel more human again. That’s how this blog was born — not as a place of perfect advice, but as a safe, gentle space to share thoughts, feelings, and small reminders that you’re not alone. While I’m not a certified counsellor (yet!), I truly care about mental wellbeing and want to be the kind of voice I once needed — honest, kind, and real. Whether it’s through a comforting post, a relatable poem, or just some real talk, I hope you find something here that makes your day a little lighter. I’m walking this path too — just with a notebook in hand and an open heart.
